Just a note on picking topics first. The first word should be an adjective. An adjective is a word that describes such as fuzzy, cute, weird, green, itchy, spooky, and so on.
The second word is a noun. A noun is a person, place or thing. A noun for example would be a word such as candy, church, planet, purse, monkey, heart or pumpkin.
So the topic could be any of these: fuzzy planet, gold monkey, sticky candy, mad pumpkin or slippery detective.
Lanee' wanted to do penny candy. That one has me baffled. Would it be 'sticky penny candy' or 'pretty penny candy.' In which case 'penny candy' would be the noun. Or is the word 'penny' itself an adjective? As in 'cheap' candy or 'inexpensive' candy.
yep, cheap candy- as in the kind our forefolks used to get when old man who ever would give them a nickle or whatever.
ReplyDeleteI remember being able to buy a candy bar for a nickle. That's how old I am.
ReplyDeleteWhen my mom and aunts mention it, they talk about sugar daddies, lemon drops, mary janes and stuff like that.
