I was toying around with my settings, when I found a button to enable a newer better version of the Editor. Once I clicked on it, it applied to all my blogs, even this one. So when you go to upload photos it will look different. The icon for the photos is gone. You have to click on the tab that says 'compose' to access the photo loading page. I'm sure you'll get the hang of it.
It looks the same to me. but usually, how i upload photos is by sending them or uploading them directly to my flickr, then going to that photo and clicking the 'blog this' link. It inserts photo and allows me to type a post out too.
