I finished the candy corn hat. And as much as I'd like to share the photo, the app on Blogger hasn't worked for me in 3 days. The tutorial should be up in a few days. Waiting for a third party to approve it. But you can see the hat on Flickr.

October's Quest

For October we will be doing Halloween themed Items Lady Arwen suggested Candy corn but you are not limited to just that. Any thing Halloween related is welcome. Feel free to post your deco, you don't have to be Part of the Gang for this We would love to see Everyone's decorations for this years Halloween. Remember it doesn't matter when you post your pictures just as long as you have posted before the end of the month. or Early the next morning on the 1st :P So challenge yourself this October to make decorations instead of buying and show us what you made!!!!!!!

Viva la Gang!

Hello Everyone!

So I was thinking because a lot of us are busy and a lot of things happened this pass year I think we should ReStart the Gang but this time lets start out slow. How about One item a month nothing big but something fun that we can do in our spare time. The dead line would be the end of each month and in the middle of the month decide on the next item to be made. Or even show off commission works. What say ye!?

Pass Me a Nanner

I do hope to revive this group some day. So if any of you see this and want to join please leave a comment. Now that summer is here perhaps people will get more creative time. I sure hope so.

Right now I'm working on a chicken hat. It's not a hat for a chicken to wear but rather a hat in a chicken theme. It's crocheted. What are you working on? I still get a lot of compliments on my flying pickle. I should make some more circus veggies. And I think I want to make some felt bananas for my sock monkeys to carry around. What do you think?

Zombie Nanner Gang & the Theater of the Absurd

For those of you that want to join the Zombie Nanner Gang, I just posted the list of October themes.
Last night I stayed up till 3 AM making a blog called Theodora's Theater of the Absurd. Shows you where my head is at 3 AM. 

Right now I'm working on my cat applique project and also cutting more 2"squares for my postage stamp quilt. But my boyfriend started working on his drum in the same room, and it was getting tense so I came to see what was going on in Etsy and Bloggerland.

A Few Changes

To make things more efficient and easier to understand, I've made the list for October all at once. That way you can plan ahead for supplies or garage sale finds. I'm not trying to hog up all the fun. If one of you wants to come up with a list for all of November or another for all of December just let me know. Right now I think I'm the only one participating, but if not just speak up. When Oct. starts winding to a close and if no one has spoken up I'll make the November list.

Time to Decorate for Halloween.

It's October and I'm busy making Halloween decorations. I see some of the projects we've made here will work for Halloween too, like my witch doll and the gothic wings if I get those made. My Halloween theme this year is Theater of the Absurd.
